For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to education, communication, and community engagement—helping people learn, connect, and create experiences that bring others together. From classrooms and universities to schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations, my work has always centered on one question:

How do we create places where people feel they truly belong?

I partner with schools, churches, dioceses, and mission-driven organizations to cultivate thriving communities through thoughtful strategy, meaningful traditions, and memorable experiences. My approach blends educational leadership, storytelling, hospitality, and strategic planning to help organizations strengthen relationships, engage families, develop volunteers, and create lasting impact.

I hold a Ph.D. in Adult, Professional, and Community Education from Texas State University, along with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout my career, I have served as an educator, curriculum specialist, communications professional, and community leader, experiences that continue to shape the way I serve my clients today.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: meaningful communities don't happen by chance. They are cultivated through intentional leadership, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to helping every person feel welcomed, valued, and connected.

Whether I am guiding a year-long community engagement strategy, designing a milestone celebration, or helping leaders bring a vision to life, my goal is always the same—to create experiences that strengthen communities and leave a legacy for generations to come.
